History
In the early 1970s, E. L. Daughtridge, Jr. started Daughtridge Sales Company in Rocky Mount, North Carolina with a primary product focus on gauges and thermometers for the industrial and plumbing supply industries. Out of his car with a phonebook in hand, E.L. traveled across the southeast to build his business one customer at a time.
Today, Daughtridge Sales Co., Inc. has maintained those original customers and has evolved into one of the most respected industrial master distributors in the country under the direction of E. L. Daughtridge, III, current president and owner. Given Daughtridge Sales’ expansive inventory and an extremely knowledgeable, experienced sales staff (averaging over sixteen years in the industry and with the company), Daughtridge Sales Co., Inc. contends that it holds a distinct advantage over most competitors.
